Preorder Policy

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 20 - 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will get a substantial discount in the price of the item, as well as you will secure your item without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we restock the item or list it online.



BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

  • All pre order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Pre orders can not be exchanged before delivery.
  • Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 
  • We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
  • Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed.
    Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 30 business days due to several factors (eg: customs)
