SHIPPING POLICY
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75
STANDARD SHIPPING = $8PRIORITY SHIPPING : $15 (2-4 working days)
EXPRESS SHIPPING = $29 (1-3 working days)
Orders require 3-5 business days to be processed before dispatching.
Personalized items require up to 20 business days to be created before dispatched (excluding shipping time).
Once shipped, packages generally arrive in 2-5 business days.
WE CANNOT CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDERS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED.
Please double check your order as well as input any discount code you would like to use before placing your order. We cannot cancel your order or make any updates or discount code updates after the order is placed.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER
Orders will only be sent to shipping address entered at check-out (no exceptions).
Should your package get sent back to us, you then have to pay for shipping costs again (redelivery costs) before we send it back to you.
PARCEL ISSUES
In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been marked as delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you contact the shipping provider for more information. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider, and they will be able to open an investigation to help locate your package.
Khloe Jewels is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by the shipping provider (USPS, DHL, etc) or theft at your destination.
Khloe Jewels is NOT responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping provider (USPS). Once your package is in the hands of USPS or the shipping provider, Khloe Jewels no longer resumes responsibility all concerns regarding your package should be forwarded to the shipping provider or USPS Customer Service. Khloe Jewels does not replace lost or stolen packages. Please be mindful of package delays during Holiday and peak shipping times.
If you miss your delivery and fail to pick up your parcel in due time, your post office will automatically send your parcel back to us. Khloe Jewels is under no circumstances HELD responsible for an UNCLAIMED parcel, nor the wrong shipping address.
Khloe Jewels cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your parcel. All applicable charges must be paid by the customer, and we are not HELD responsible for these charges.
Khloe Jewels is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
Orders are shipped from our Spain warehouse, or International warehouse.

RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns for Personalized or Discounted items.
Customized, engraved, personalized, photo, monogram, name and initial, sale, discounted and clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Returns of non-personalized full-price items, must be requested via email at khloejewelryshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
The item(s) must reach us within 14 days of your email request, and must include a note of the order number inside, so we know who to refund.
All products must be returned UNWORN and UNDAMAGED in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING - if not your return will be refused.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All return shipments must be sent with “Signature Required” for any carrier used. Please provide us with a tracking number upon shipping.
We are not responsible for any packages returned without proof of our signature required upon delivery.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you had free shipping and by returning the item(s) you would have not been eligible for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you received discounts or free items and by returning the item(s) you would have not been eligible, you will have to return the free item as well, and the discount would also be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the returned product.
If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear we cannot accept a return - they must be in a resalable condition.
Faulty items
All merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged with care to arrive in great condition. If you receive your order and items are damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 48 hours) with photos of the issue so we can assess how to assist you best.
PREORDER POLICY
PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK AND THEREFORE, HAVE TO WAIT AROUND 20 - 30 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.
The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will get a substantial discount in the price of the item, as well as you will secure your item without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we restock the item or list it online.
BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:
- All pre order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Pre orders can not be exchanged before delivery.
- Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
- We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
- Please note that delays may occur and dates are not guaranteed.
